Checkout and payment process:
Storefront: Accepts cash / Payme / FPS / AlipayHK / WeChat Pay / Credit cards ($500 and up)
Online order electronic payment: Payme / AlipayHK / FPS / Bank transfer (For Payme / FPS / Bank transfer, you must include the order number in the payment remarks and upload a screenshot.)
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Orders without completed payment procedures will not be processed.
Shipping time:
In stock: Ships in approximately 1-3 business days
Pre-ordered items: Delivery in approximately 7-10 business days (the above is an estimated delivery time, please be patient).
In the event of product discontinuation, an equivalent amount of the purchase money will be refunded to the customer. The refunded purchase money is valid for 90 days.
Return and exchange policy:

If your goods need to be exchanged due to quality issues:

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt) (2 days for regular-priced items, no exchanges for discounted items). You must also send photos of the goods via WhatsApp (852-57930920), explaining the exchange issue, and follow our staff's instructions to complete the return process. Requests made after this period will not be accepted!
Exchange process:
