1. Delivery Area We currently serve the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan.
2. Packaging Commitment All products useDiscreet Packaging(Discreet Packaging)。
- The outer box is a plain brown or white cardboard box.
- There are no product names, brand logos, or sexually suggestive text.
- The contents are packaged in shockproof bubble wrap or vacuum packaging.
- Ensure that even if the courier or family member receives the package, they will not know its contents.
3. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds(Automatically displayed by currency)
- Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HK$300, otherwise HK$35 shipping fee applies.
- Taiwan: Free shipping on orders over TWD 1,200; otherwise, a TWD 150 shipping fee will be charged.
- Macau: Free shipping on orders over MOP 300; otherwise, a MOP 35 shipping fee will be charged.
4. Shipping processing time Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day or the next day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong/Taiwan will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated delivery time
- Hong Kong local: 1-2 business days
- Macau: 1-3 working days
- Taiwan: 2-4 business days
6. Order Tracking Within 24 hours of shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address and WhatsApp/LINE. You can track your shipment in real time through the corresponding courier company's official website.
7. Delays and Force Majeure We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as weather, peak holiday periods, pandemic control measures, or natural disasters, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
8. Returns and Exchanges If the goods are damaged during transportation or are significantly different from the description, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide photographic evidence. We will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
